The Site is a portfolio showcasing the photography and videography work of MidAir. You may browse and view content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without express written permission, except for the limited download rights granted through the Site's purchase and subscription features.
3. Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, text, graphics, and other content on the Site are the property of MidAir and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Watermarked previews are provided for viewing only. Clean, full-resolution downloads are available through purchase or an active subscription.
4. Downloads and Purchases
Certain content may be available for download through payment or subscription. Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded media for personal purposes. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without a separate license is prohibited. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
5. User Accounts
Some features of the Site require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
6. Prohibited Conduct
